GUEST INFORMATION

We aim to offer our guests a service that is informal, friendly, relaxing and comfortable. We will provide impeccable standards within a quality facility that will be valued by our guests. We aim to use local produce in all our freshly prepared foods.

We are non-smoking in the house. A designated smoking area is available in the garden.

We are pet-friendly. We have two very friendly boxer dogs – Mabel and Boo. We are happy to accept well- behaved house-trained adult guest dogs in our rooms.

BOOKING

Rooms are to be paid in advance. 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation is required and if we can re-let the room, 80% refund will be provided. Please note as a small business we rely on forward bookings, so cancellations can have a signifi cant impact.

We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.

HOW TO PAY

We are happy to accept Debit Card, Visa, American Express, Mastercard or electronic transfer of funds for payment. Where possible we prefer payment by debit card.

CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check in is usually between 4pm and 7pm and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am on day of departure. If you are arriving after 7pm please let us know.
